All of our parts are developed in-house using sophisticated 3D scanning technology and CAD modelling. We choose materials that are both strong enough and flexible enough to withstand plenty of abuse. Most parts are made using either selective laser 3D sintering (SLS nylon), carbon fiber-reinforced 3D nylon filament, injection molding, or CNC machined.
