TRX4 Trans: Skid for V1W M1/M2/X1/Z-Pro/38C

This is the SKID ONLY. You will need part STH-173NS for the low pro motor mount.

The TRX4 transmission flat belly skid utilizes the stock geometry for the lower links and the front upper link/ph link. The rear upper links will need to be shorter by about 15mm to use the chassis upper-link mounting positions. This skis requires the use of our new "Comp Motor Plate" which keeps the motor nearly at the same position as with the stock trans skid with the added benefit of more belly clearance.

The motor plate is constructed from 3.175mm Aluminum and is bent to shape in a press. The transmission top plate offers a stable mounting point for adjustability in pinion sizes with three screws to secure the plate in place to prevent shifting while in a bind.

78mm Wide for the V1W M1/M2/X1
70mm Wide for the V1W Z-Pro
78mm Wide Custom: 38mm Lower Link/Chassis Mount (Most Common Aftermarket Spacing)

Due to the nature of 3D printing, items may contain tiny visual blemishes. Items may require some trimming and painting for optimal visual appeal/fit; similar to what you would expect to do with model parts.

IMPORTANT: Do not use power drivers on 3D printed parts. Over tightening printed parts and cause premature cracking and crushing. Always ensure you hardware will not bottom out in the screw pocket. This can also cause at 3D printed part to break prematurely.

Printed Parts - These parts will be printed in Black (Unless otherwise requested) using advances slicing methods for maximum strength. All 3D printed parts come with a lifetime replacement guarantee. If you break a part, simply send us a photo and your order number. The photo is simply to evaluate for common issues and help identify potential improvements to existing designs.
